Really loved the room it was amazing - the staff were also very helpful.

The location was not the best in the evening and also it was quite hard finding the hotel initially.

Really lovable hotel...very close to all city sightseeings and shopping areas, the castle and the bus stop are right in front of it, the rooms are clean, friendly and helpfull staff - it's definitely one of the best economic hotels i've ever stayed!

1) they withdraw the sum of the first night from your bank card after the reservation is made and if you want to pay your booking by cash this amount of money will be on your account only after 30-40 days; 2) breakfast (VERY monotonous); 3) just one mirror in the whole room which is inconvenient if you travel not alone

Awful hotel- I would not recommend this to anyone! The sheets had holes in them, the bathroom was not clean, and the sink wouldn't drain. The room and the hotel were nowhere nearly as nice as shown or described on the website. It's a big scam!

We liked all in the hotel but specially we appreciated Mariana - the receptionist - who was helpful, efficient,with excellent spirit and understanding. Her English is excellent and so hare her skills in Spanish, Japanese, Frebce etc.

We did not have connection to the internet in the room - only in the lobby - which was a little disturbing.

The location was really good for the main part of Naples, and near to the port for sailings to and from the islands. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful

Excellent location, very close to alibus stop (the bus connecting the airport) and the beverello dock to catch ferries to Capri, Ischia, Sorrento. Our room at the third floor (not the 'Annexe' at the fifth floor) was very clean, recently renovated.Very nice breakfast. Remember to take with you the exact address of the hotel since you have to ring a bell at the entrance of a building without any obvious indication of the presence of the hotel.

some noise from the traffic on the main road, but not dramatic. A/C in the room allows to keep windows shut minimizing the issue

The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast was good and with variety. The design of the room was modern

The sheets and the pillow didn't feel that clean. The room was a bit small. The safe in the closit was out of order and not stabilized on the drawer. Anybody could lift it and leave the room. Our friends in the nearby room had no safe at all. The check out was at 10.30. That was too early. The wifi signal wasn't strong enough to reach our room. It was free though..

The hotel is at a great location, close to all city sights and just off the main shopping area. The staff is friendly. The hotel is new and modern. Our room was spacious, with large and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. We got a good deal on the price, which was an extra value. We really recommend this hotel and hope to be back one day!

No wi-fi in the room, however there is a computer with internet connection at a public space.

The room, however small, was extremly comfortable and well designed. They did excellent renovation! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

good location if you are planning take a boat trip from Naples as the hotel is very close to the port.

The hotel is very strange. It is located on the third floor and find it very difficult. We had big room but many thing was broken, linens smelled very strange

I was completely blown away by this hotel!! I'm an American living in Europe, so I have become accustomed to European standards and lowering my American expectations. However, this hotel was completely modern and fabulous! The room was huge, even when I've stayed in 5 star resorts the rooms were not this big. The rooms were also very clean and there was a flat screen tv in the room (I don't watch tv, but just comparison) the breakfast was also pretty good and free internet. Location was also very excellent. Cannot beat this place for the price! I would definitely stay there again!
